These girls watch over the place for us. Oreo is a Pyrenees/Border Collie mix, and she has been doing a great job keeping the other animals safe in the barnyard. Lucy is a Border Collie/Blue Heeler mix. She has the run of our 40 acres and is always quick to let us know when someone is here (or if there's an armadillo anywhere near the house).

These 2 came to us from Little Rock Animal Control's Working Cat Program. They bring feral cats out to live around barns and warehouses. We were told how these cats were wild and would never be pets...

And then there's this guy. This is Despereaux our little Pygmy wether who thinks he's one of the dogs. One of our constant struggles out here is trying to find new ways to keep him contained and off of our front porch.
